Returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA)

To obtain an RMA, contact us via our contact page.

Please display the RMA number provided on the exterior packaging of all returns.

  • RMAs are valid for 30 days after the date of issuance.
  • Returns ALSO require the order number provided on the order confirmation emailed to you after your purchase.
  • All returns must be made within 60 days of the shipment date.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition: unwashed and unworn.
  • Items received that are damaged or defective may be returned at any time.
  • Refunds will be issued at the original purchase price to your original form of payment. 
  • Returns are processed in 10 – 14 business days and refunds can be expected 5 – 7 days after processing.
  • Original shipping fees as well as any duties, taxes and tariffs that were collected at time of delivery for shipments outside of the United States are non-refundable.
  • Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • All returns are final.  Items returned outside of the terms of this return policy will not be returned and are not subject to refund.

If you love an item but just need to change something up, we can help.

  • If you would like to place an order for the same item(s) in a different size or color, please leave a message on our contact page to place your order with one of our customer service specialists.
  • Duties, taxes, and tariffs apply for all shipments outside of the United States and will be collected at the time of delivery (COD)
  • If you have requested an exchange, your account will be charged for the new item and credited for the return.
